to know Bob Dunzweiler both in the regular classroom and in independent
studies. It was there that I met with Professor Dunzweiler one on one
and it was there that I saw Christ shining through my teacher in so
many ways. "In Bob, I saw the humility of Christ. A great intellect who spoke clearly, yet simply. Who thought profoundly, but was open to learn, to be taught. Who knew his theology but respected different opinions on secondary matters. "Through Bob, I saw the discipline of Christ. With precision, his analytical mind poured tirelessly over the Scriptures, searching for the golden nuggets beneath its surface. With care, he sought to present his thoughts cogently, succinctly, without hyperbole or verbosity. "In Bob, I saw the love of Christ. It was a warm affection in his look, a twinkle of laughter in his eye, the desire to agonize along with his students as they grappled with new concepts and age-old theological controversies. "There was a tenderness in his heart, and a tear in his eyes as he wondered at the grace of a sovereign Lord, who needed no-one but chose to die for someone -- such a worm as I. It was through you, Bob, that we struggled together with the extent of the atonement, that I learned afresh and anew of God's glorious love." From the Memorial Service

| Robert J. Dunzweiler received his theological training at Faith Theological Seminary. Upon graduation he remained on the Seminary faculty for 15 years. In 1971, he was one of the founding faculty of Biblical Theological Seminary where he remained on the faculty until his death in 1996. |

Bob Dunzweiler
taught the systematic theology courses at Biblical Theological Seminary
for over twenty years. Over this time he developed the complete
syllabus that is included here in four volumes (Systematic Theology I
to IV). In the late 1970's the
(then) student Jim Neher recorded two semesters of this series:
Soteriology (the Doctrine of Salvation) and the Doctrine of God. These
audio lectures are included in the library. |

The Interdisciplinary Biblical Research Institute is
a
group of Christians who see a desperate need for men and women
convinced
of the complete reliability of the Bible who will:
(1) get training both in
Biblical
studies and in some other academic discipline, and
(2) use this training to help
other Christians deal with the many areas where non-Christian teaching
is so dominant today.
We believe that such trained people can be effective
in removing many stumbling blocks that keep others from the Gospel.

This web site has been developed and
is maintained as a free labor of love by volunteers who believe
that there is an urgent need to make available the lectures and literature that are presented here. Our intent is to allow free downloads of these lectures and literature in single copies for personal use. To this end we have purchased web services and posted as much of this material for download as seems prudent. At present, about 20% of the total available is currently posted. Our desire is to post all of the material, and add much worthy, new material. As web usage shows the value of these postings, we plan to add more material for download. If you desire particular items that are not currently available for download, please contact the webmaster.
